Hello! I am a Norwegian-born maker, mentor and facilitator, amongst many other things. I have a background in dance, having moved to Wales decades ago and set up my own dance company. My passions include travel, culture, heritage and language. I am currently based in Snowdonia.

Together with colleague Emilie Hetland we founded Volya Theatre in Norway. Achievements include the large-scale production, “Revolutionary”, which premiered premier at Stavanger Concert Hall in 2022.

Together with my partner, actor, director and singer Gwyn Vaughan Jones, we founded Cwmni Pen Productions in order to offer us a vehicle to commission new works for dance, music, theatre and film.

Upon moving to Wales in 1990 I established myself as a freelance choreographer, dancer and teacher. I have worked for both television, film and theatre, combined with regular teaching commitments.
